Roscoe is a sweet, older Dalmatian who is looking for a home where he can hang out in his senior years. He went to a shelter when his elderly owners could no longer care for him. Fortunately, he became a shelter favorite and the staff networked to find a rescue for him. He came into rescue completely housetrained and fit right in with the other dogs.

Roscoe is very active for an 11-year-old Dalmatian. He loves food and has kept his foster family on their toes! His first morning with them, he was just inches from stealing a whole plate of pancakes! In addition to his foster parents, Roscoe is also living with a 12-year-old boy and with 5 other dogs (4 Dal mixes and a collie mix). He loves to play with Emma, a former CCDAL dog, and sleeps on his own bed on the floor next to his foster mom so he is ready if she decides to get up.

Roscoe has been fully vetted, including blood work, an intense dental where he needed five extractions, and removal of a benign growth under his chin. He is neutered, up to date on all vaccines, and on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. Roscoe is blind in his right eye, but that does not slow him down!
