Hello, my name is Walker and I am a handsome and easy going male Dalmatian mix (my foster mommy thinks I have some hound in me). I was in a wonderful, loving home until my owner had to go in a nursing home and the rest of the family could not keep me, so I was brought to the Greenbrier, WV SPCA. I spent a month at the SPCA before the nice lady contacted a rescue group to see if they could find a foster and forever home for me (I was a hit with the staff at the SPCA).

I am now with my foster family in the country and am getting plenty of exercise to lose some of those extra pounds I have accumulated in my six years of life. I am hoping to be slimmed down soon because I love to go on long walks and am easy on the leash. I am enjoying my foster family which consists of my foster mommy, daddy, five year old boy, 9.5 year old female Dalmatian, 8 year old male Dalmatian, and 5 year old female Dalmatian. I love being with all of them and fit in quickly and seamlessly.

I will not jump on family members or guests (how rude!), am very gentle with my mouth when I take a treat or play with my toys, and my tail just wags along with the rest of my back end! At night and when my foster family is at work/school, I curl up on my doggie bed on the porch outside or inside and snore/sleep. I am currently up to date on all my shots, heartworm negative (and on preventative), neutered, housebroken, and on Frontline for ticks and fleas. I would love for you to come meet me! If you are interested please fill out an adoption application.
